Catherine Zeta-Jones, 51, shared a photo of herself in a polka dot bikini—she looked to be in black-and-white but the furniture next to her looked to be neon pink. "I like a pink chair every now and again!" she captioned the photo. The Welsh actress also recently showed off not only her fabulous physique and stunning yacht, but incredibly impressive moves in an Instagram clip of herself executing a complex yoga move called a plank to forward bend. Wearing a black one-piece swimsuit, she started on all fours in a near-plank position on her tippy toes, walking her way up, fluttering her arms a few times, and then back down again like it was a breeze. Catherine told the WSJ. Magazine that eats three, healthy meals a day. "I only actually eat real food because I have to right now. My dream is to only eat desserts, ever. It's a goal," she explained. "I'm a big kind of European, three meals a day [person]," she added. "In the whole lockdown, I relished having my kids and my husband here for breakfast, lunch and dinner."

Catherine once revealed to InStyle that she develops her own workout routine. "I don't have a trainer. Crazy, right? But I don't need anyone to motivate me," she said. "I love exercise, even things like the elliptical machine and stretching. It's a legacy of dancing all those years." 

Catherine has a ballet essential in her home gym. "I have a ballet barre in my gym.

"I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour. I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, do the elliptical [machine]. I try to keep the whole body working," she revealed to The Telegraph.

Catheine told InStyle that she works out "at least 45 minutes a day, seven days a week." And, her workouts are inspired not only for her physical health, but mental as well.  "It really helps my mood too, which, with the bipolar thing, is important." She also revealed to W that she enjoys swimming, tennis, peloton, working out in her home gym and tap dancing.

Catherine revealed to W that she drinks a lot of water to maintain her PH balance and avoids alcohol. This, in addition to her healthy diet, helps keep her "body free of any inflammation inside and out." You will also find her sipping on cold press juice and Kombucha.
